ARTICLE NOT AS EXPECTED
If an article doesn’t fit or is not as expected, it can be returned or exchanged. Pls send us within 14 days an email to email@example.com containing the following information:

If you receive goods that are damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For faulty items, Lucky No.7 will make a full refund to you, including shippingcosts. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
Once we received your email, we will send you a confirmation. After the confirmation you can send the articles on your account to:

Bought articles can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. The product will be only accepted when it’s unused, unwashed, with all labels and packaging to be returned to Lucky No.7. After 14 days the bought is final.
If the new article is more expensive than the returned product, than there will be an extra charge required. If the new article is cheaper than the returned product, Lucky No.7 will the remainder within 7 days deposit into your account.
