DELIVERY 

Lucky No.7 ships all packages using POST NL service. All orders will be shipped in accordance to the delivery policies below.

In case you are not at home on the first delivery attempt, a second attempt will be  made free of charge. In the event a delivery attempt has been made, and could not be complete, the carrier will leave a message in your mailbox. Shipping outside the Netherlands takes max. 7 business days. In case you package is not delivered within 7 business days, please contact Lucky No.7.

SHIPPING & SHIPPING COSTS BELGIUM
- Shippingcosts Belgium € 7,50
- Free shipping orders above € 150,- 

DELAYED DELIVERY
If a delivery is delayed you will be contacted within 3 business days.

ITEMS NOT DELIVERABLE
In case an item cannot be delivered, you will receive a notification within 3 business days. The purchased amount will be refunded by the use of your preferred payment method within 7 business days.
