RETURN & EXCHANGE
If an article doesn’t fit or is not as expected, it can be returned. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Then you will receive a return from from us with return instructions.
The discount promotion is no longer valid if you return items from an order. This will be deducted from the returned items.
When the order amount after returns falls below the threshold amount for free shipping, we are unfortunately forced to deduct the shipping costs from the amount to be refunded.
In the event that free items have been sent with a promotion, these must also be returned with a return shipment. If these items are not sent by you, they will still be charged or deducted from the refund of your return shipment.

If you receive goods that are damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs, please send an e-mail to email@example.com add a picture if possible. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For faulty items, Lucky No.7 will make a full refund to you, including shippingcosts. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
Bought articles can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. The product will be only accepted when it’s unused, unwashed, with all labels and packaging to be returned to Lucky No.7. After 14 days the bought is final.
